It's one of the first songs I wrote and produced after I broke free from the record company I was signed on. A liberation.
I composed the drum with an Elektron Analog Rythm, the pads with my beloved Juno 60. The result is tasty, sweet and spicy. Last year I decided to ask Bonnie Banane to sing with me. I had written these sentences in English which are repeated in loop. The text evolved but Bonnie told me that she liked the simplicity of this sentence, that she had not been able to detach herself from these words to replace them and I listened to her.
I then asked Emile Parisien to improvise with his soprano sax, I had never heard him heard play before but his personality intrigued me over a dinner. What a wonderful artist.
